At Resellify, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit after they have been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if there is a verified problem with the product you receive, including:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a significant manufacturing defect.

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
